DAY ONE: Here We Go!

Here we go!  Those are the words that you always here just when the rollercoaster starts to move.  That is the way we all felt once our bags were packed and it was time to go! 

On Wednesday, August 3, 2011, ten of us set off for a trip we hope will make a huge difference in our lives, and the lives of those God allows us to minister to in the country of Brazil.  Our trip began with a drive to the San Francisco International Airport.  We did not allow for a lot of extra time and became concerned when we hit a traffic jam on I80 just West of Sacramento.  Fortunately it was not too bad as it was the result of the merge with the BUS 80.  From their on it was smooth sailing - driving.  Special thanks to Bro. Hill and Bro. Woolfolk for driving us there.
